• All our bulk orders are shipped by Air- Sea and small orders are shipped by DHL, TNT, FedEx Fast Delivery Courier Service.
• We ship small orders within 15-days and bulk orders are delivered depending on the quantity of the order, which is also shipped within 30 to 45 working days.

Returns & Replacements

Every effort is made to ensure that you receive out products free from manufacturer’s defects. However, if you receive a product that is defective, you must report this problem within 15 days of receipt of goods. However, all orders are produced as per our product images are shown on our website or counter samples provided to our buyers.

Quality is ensured at every step in our production process, but if there are any problems or defects comes to us in our production workmanship, we fully guaranteed a free replacement of affected products with 30-days of delivery of goods as your satisfaction means utmost to us.

Ordering

We accept all small and bulk quantities with buyer order details and against our Commercial Performa Invoice.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All small orders are accepted with 100% advance payment.
All bulk quantity orders are accepted with a 50% advance payment and a 50% balance amount at the time of shipment of orders.
